At Apex we recognise that getting into debt can be a source of great stress; our job is to make it as easy as possible to find a way forward and put debt issues into the past.  Naturally we want to help resolve past credit issues as quickly as possible, but we pride ourselves on our flexibility and will work over an extended period to help people to get back on track financially.

Our highly trained UK based team of collectors are on hand to talk through the options, helping people one to one to appraise their current circumstances and developing a workable and agreed way forward.

The Importance of Debt Management

Helping customers to manage past debt issues is important work.  Debt can represent a source of stress for many and the cost of uncollected debt is a cost borne by the wider community.  Our role is to keep bad debt to a minimum helping everyone in the process.  Whatever the reason that debt has become an issue for a customer we are on hand to provide non judgemental help and support and to make that debt a thing of the past.  By working with us many thousands of customers are now happily debt free – something we are very proud of.
