Our Heritage
Apex Credit Management Limited was established in 2000 as a specialist UK based consumer debt collection agency. The business operates exclusively within the financial services sector. Since its establishment, Apex has built up a solid client base including most of the major UK financial institutions.
The original founders had extensive experience in the debt collection industry and used their strong sector relationships and collections experience to build the business into a well-respected operation with a reputation for superior performance, quality and service. This reputation led to rapid growth as the business attracted a greater share of volumes from existing clients, established new client contracts and diversified its operations into early arrears collection support and debt purchase.
The business continued independently until 2005, when it was acquired by BCW Group, who continued to invest in and grow the business. In 2007, the business was acquired by AnaCap, a highly regarded specialist private equity fund focused on investments in the financial services sector which is committed to building the business into a leading force within the credit management sector.
