Bennedetta Peto - Group Human Resources and L&D Director

Benne Peto is the Group Human Resources and L&D Director and has over 20 years' cross sector experience, having held a number of senior HR positions in companies such as Lloyds TSB, British Aerospace Engineering and the Kingfisher Group.

Benne joined Cabot Financial in February 2009 and has built a commercially focused team, who deliver best in class HR practices and development programmes, which support employee engagement and drive Company performance.

Following the acquisition of Cabot Financial by AnaCap and its merger with Apex in April 2011, Benne assumed responsibility for the HR, learning and development function across the Group. Benne has a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies and is currently serving on the board of the Credit Services Association leading the Knowledge, Education and Development agenda.
