Sandra Goulden - Head of Business Change Management

Sandra Goulden has over fourteen years’ financial services experience, including twelve years at Banco Santander, nine of which have been spent in Change Management successfully implementing various initiatives across a broad range of subjects.

Sandra joined Apex Credit Management in April 2009, where she has successfully integrated the framework and standards required to ensure that change is implemented in a structured way. Some of the key changes include the SAS Analytics system, Data Segmentation, Nexidia speech analytics tool and a new Client Implementation Process.

Following the acquisition of Cabot Financial by AnaCap and its merger with Apex in April 2011, Sandra assumed responsibility for all Change Management projects across the Group.
