Apex Credit Management Wins ‘Best Use Of Technology’ Award
Apex Credit Management has won the ‘Best Use of Technology’ award at the sixth annual Credit Today Debt Collection awards ceremony.
The company was recognised for its leading edge technology platform that encompasses SAS, an intelligent debt management solution (IDM) that analyses, decides and executes the information and Collex, which is the software used by the collections teams to engage with the customer. It was also praised for its innovative score carding system which helps predict which accounts will pay and has led to an uplift in its overall collections.
Neil Clyne, Group Chief Executive Officer, Cabot Credit Management, commented, “Our team has worked very hard to create and implement this state of the art technology platform and we are extremely pleased that we have been granted this award.
“We have invested huge sums of money into our technology in order to create a successful system which we will be rolling across the Group in the course of the next year. This has not only increased our revenues, but has improved and optimised our collections and enhanced our ability to profile and analyse our customers.”
The awards, which were held at the Palace Hotel in Manchester on 15th November 2012, were attended by over 480 people from the industry.
Apex Credit Management was victorious over the JBW Group, Tessera Group, the scotcall group and TDX.
The evening was hosted by unruly TV personality and comedienne Ruby Wax.
