Apex Discovery Solutions – The Fully Qualified Trace Team

Apex Discovery Solutions, the specialist tracing arm of Apex Credit Management, has become the first trace company in the UK to receive City & Guilds accreditation for its dedicated trace training programme, further emphasising its commitment to quality.

All areas of credit management are increasingly under the media spotlight and perhaps none more so than tracing services.  Negative perceptions too often abound and, whilst successful tracing of absconders benefits all those consumers and businesses who do maintain their financial commitments as contracted, it is vital that such work is seen to be undertaken in a fair, ethical and legally compliant manner.  Apex Discovery Solutions is taking Best Practice in tracing to new heights.

Apex Discovery Solutions has worked with the City and Guilds organisation to create a recognised training programme to drive the quality of approach ever higher, advancing the reputation of Apex and its clients as organisations that work to the highest standards.  The whole team has successfully completed this programme.  

The training is split into 15 modules, covering a range of both core tracing processes and compliance knowledge,  alongside customer management skills, IT and data management and control.

The programme encompasses study guides, class room training and role plays with ongoing assessment throughout the course programme, culminating in a final exam.

Since being launched at the end of 2009, Apex Discovery Solutions has committed to becoming the leading ethical trace agency in the UK and the accreditation is a significant step towards this goal.

Apex Discovery Solutions currently operates from sites in Stratford upon Avon and Kings Hill in Kent and now employs over 25 people within its trace function, with further recruitment currently underway. Investment in technology coupled with multi-levelled verification has enabled the division to experience a rapid growth since its inception.
