Apex Credit Management crowned another highly successful year by being awarded with the DCA of the Year 2010 at the Debt Collection Awards in Nottingham on Thursday November
With 480 people attending the most prestigious awards in the debt collection industry calendar, Apex Credit Management was very proud to have been shortlisted in more categories than any other organisation. They gained recognition in the Debt Purchaser of the Year and Compliance categories, as well as being awarded the Consumer DCA of the Year category for businesses over £2M.
Winning the Consumer DCA of the Year >£2M Award 2010 was a great achievement for what has been a very successful year for Apex. Over the last 12 months, Apex has seen significant growth of the assets under its management. Growth has come across all business areas (Debt Purchase, Contingency Collections, Outsourced Collections, Trace, Trace & Collect, and Field Counselling). As a result, the number of employees has grown by over 20%, with significant additional recruitment now underway to service the increasing volumes of business.
